if you forgot about the 12 weeks of health plan from a couple of weeks ago. don't worry. you can start again this week. this week is all about stretching! i don't know about you, but setting enough time aside for sleep has been a challenge with all of my midterms. but i do feel so much better for it. also drinking enough water has made the bathroom and me the best of friends... but boy, do i feel better.
so stretch this week! my plans are to stretch more after my runs and go to a yoga class or two!
