so i maybe spent more time then i should have playing this game yesterday. i'm the person who spends more time making mii's on the the wii then actually playing any games. so when my friend showed this game to me, i was addicted. and i have a outfit almost identical to this... but don't i look so cute as a hipster? :)

 

while i was there i made myself a little hipster boyfriend. isn't he a cutie?!

cravings...

so my body runs on cravings these days. ever since my sophomore year of college i have had a really hard time maintaining an appetite. i don't usually get hungry even though my stomach loves to gurgle... but what i do get is cravings. when these cravings hit, i have about 15 minutes to eat the thing i want or it goes away and i am no longer hungry. i am all about giving my body what it wants so i indulge in these cravings. tacos. steak. french fries. cafe rio salad. those are the most recents. sheynah is my partner in crime! here is the scene from last week

neis: walks into the room and drops her backpack (in the middle of the floor, of course)

sheynah: how was your day?

neis: i NEEEED wendy's! 

sheynah: um... okay

neis: (while sitting in the car with her feet on the dashboard) this is stupid and that is stupid.... blah blah blah stupid. and i'm stupid!

sheynah: (laughs)

wendy's and a dr. pepper never tasted so good.

so my advice is indulge in cravings. it will only make you feel better and life more fun.

so my mother sent this delightful picture to me in my email yesterday. i laughed for a solid five minutes. these were some of my thoughts that had me laughing:

• why did the older three siblings get the stripes memo while the rest of us didn't?
• did mom really not check to see that sheynah was bringing mickey mouse into the picture??
• when did my brothers get access to the drugs that are making them so high?
• cool how rivka looks like a smokin' 90's babe...
• rabid rabbit sheynah could be the title of a child's horror novel. and this picture would be the cover. "young daughter goes crazy and murders family..."
• remember when i had dino teeth?
• also when were sheynah and my bangs EVER okay?

sunday game night

sunday night, we had a game night. an extreme game of nurtz commenced. the losers had to participate in the broom game.

rules: 

1. hold a broom in the air 

2. while looking at the end of the broom, spin in a circle 30 times. 

3. after spins are complete, place the broom on the floor and jump over it

 4. drink a full glass of water.
