thriller dance odyssey

we had a girls night out at the dance odyssey's halloween show thriller. if you ever have the opportunity to go, i highly recommend it. so much talent and artistry. 

they did a piece called "dem bone" that was skeletons tap dancing. maybe i miss my tap dance classes at byu...

and sometimes i wish i was a pro dancer.

a byu animation professor and a dance professor got together to create this beautiful video. it is incredible and i have maybe watched it at least fifteen times... and it has made me listen to the weepies album again.

rememeber this video? well woodward collaborated with google to make another short honoring the incredible dance career of martha graham and the famous dance company she founded. i love his mixing of drawing, animation, and dance. so beautiful.
