so i have been hearing all the hype about zumba for months now. well last night i went for the first time with crystal and it is actually way better then i expected. but i have also come to the realization that it has been forever since i have danced. ha it was rather comical.

i love zumba. i do not love the old ladies who dress up in sequins and bangles to do it. you're working out people! sweat. get gross. embrace it! i have dvds, p.s. you should come visit me and we can do it together. i gaurntee i look way funnier than you!
